The extra virgin olive oil Family Heritage is designed for the tables of end consumers. Cold extracted from olives of fine varieties such as Nocellara Etnea, Moresca and Biancolilla, it is a tribute to Sicilian tradition, land and olive growing.

The olives of Nocellara, Moresca and Biancolilla come from Belpasso, Paterno’ and Ragalna (CT). There are olive groves with 30-40 years of history, above sea level. The harvest takes place by hand, between 10 October and 30 November. The cold extraction of the oil ensures the preservation of its organoleptic characteristics.

The varietal composition includes olives of Nocellara, Moresca and Biancolilla. The oil, emerald green with yellow reflections, has an acidity between 0.13 and 0.20.
On the nose, a light-medium fruity aroma with hints of tomato, artichoke, fresh grass and bitter almond anticipates a delicately bitter and spicy taste, enriched with notes of green tomato and wild herbs.

The extra virgin olive oil Russo Frantoio lends itself beautifully to the combination with fish, both cooked and raw, with fresh salads and vegetables.
