The extra virgin olive oil of the new 2025-2026 oil campaign is designed for the tables of final consumers. Cold extracted from olives of fine varieties such as Nocellara Etnea, it represents a tribute to Sicilian tradition, land and olive growing, a fresh and genuine product.

The Nocellara, Moresca and Biancolilla olives come from Belpasso, Paterno’ and Ragalna (CT). There are olive groves with 30-40 years of history, b above sea level. The harvest takes place by hand picking, between 10 October and 30 November. Cold extraction of the oil ensures the preservation of its organoleptic characteristics.
The varietal composition includes Nocellara, Moresca and Biancolilla olives. The oil, with an emerald green color with yellow reflections, has an acidity between 0.13 and 0.20.
On the nose, a light-medium fruity aroma with hints of tomato, artichoke, fresh grass and bitter almond anticipates a delicately bitter and spicy flavour, enriched by notes of green tomato and wild herbs.
Russo Frantoio extra virgin olive oil lends itself beautifully to pairing with fish, both cooked and raw, with fresh salads and vegetables.
