This Line has been created for the HoReCa channel (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) with particular attention paid to packaging's style and keeping their dimensions small enough not to encumber a table set for an elegant meal. Bottles are supplied with an overfilling cork, according to the current regulations and an antigrease label to avoid an unpleasant and unhygienic greasy effect.

The new line IGP. A blend of Nocellara of Belice and Nocellara of Etna. Medium strong fruitness, with green tomato and artichoke notes. With its harmonious and balanced bitter and spicy persistent taste, with green tomato and wild weeds aromas, is perfect with salads, vegetables and grilled meats. Bottles are supplied with an overfilling cork, according to the current regulations and an antigrease label to avoid an unpleasant and unhygienic greasy effect.

A unique of this kind, Monte Etna DOP olive oil, is a blend of Nocellara Etnea, Biancolilla and Moresca cultivars. Whit its light medium fruitness, with artichoke, tomato, fresh grass and bitter almond notes and its harmonious balance of bitter and spicy, Zammara Monte Etna Dop is a perfert pairing with fish (cooked and raw), salads and vegetables. Bottles are supplied with an overfilling cork, according to the current regulations and an antigrease label to avoid an unpleasant and unhygienic greasy effect.

This line is particularly suited for use by end-users because bottles are custom built and are provided with a special dosing cork allowing for a light, homogeneous pour thus obviating unnecessary waste.
